I’m a life-long west coast resident and boater, inspired by nature and the BC coast. Before retiring I worked for close to two decades with the Georgia Strait Alliance, to protect and restore the marine environment of our region. Nowadays my environmental activism takes different forms: driving an electric car, growing organic food, promoting sustainability and photographing the natural wonders around me – whether at home on Gabriola Island or exploring the coast by boat and kayak.
